Now Hiring - Commercial / Residential Sales Generator in Commerce City, CO

Harlan Jasper is a medium sized design and build millwork firm seeking an experienced field commercial and residential estimator to join or partner with our team. We are looking to bring on a self-motivated, passionate and hardworking member to our team that is able to manage their own schedule and develop new leads and manage existing clients. Must be detail-oriented and organized. You must be comfortable meeting face-to-face with new perspective clients. You will need to be comfortable making some cold calls to find who the decision maker is for a job site and try to gain information about the job. Our crew of six benchmen, plus office staff, are on-site between 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday or 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, but our sales associate hours can be flexible if needed and also can work remote. We have a 4,000sq ft warehouse space with our finishing department which adjoins our 11,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space. The pay for this position is fully commission based which is also uncapped which provides a great opportunity to make a lot of money if you know how to sell the product!
